Editing and displaying transmission files

The analyser transmission function can be applied by exponential, polynomial, rational (NPL), combined (Unifit) or tabulated functions with different coefficient sets for different kinetic energy ranges. The transmission function can be displayed and the current transmission file can be edited in the internal editor window of XPS MultiQuant (or by any external text editor program).
