Calculation of layer thickness

The layer thickness results are calculated either automarically by least square fitting or manually by interactive iteration. Invoke the layer calculation window and estimate the initial layers thickness values. Press Autofit or vary the numbers until the measured and calculated intensity values are matched. Numeric and graphical tools help to find the best fit. The geometric scheme of the applied quantification model may be displayed in the Model Layout window.
